My guess is you do not qualify based on the fact you have 119 posts since 2011. You must have 30 posts in the past calendar year to qualify. That is most likely the reason you didn't get a PM.

I thought the 30+ posts only applied to non-PRO. Though Andy said active PRO, I don’t know what’s the difference between a PRO and active PRO. I just assumed all PRO were eligible.

Now I’m confused but if I was o/p I would just PM Andy and maybe get an exception if the 30+ also applies to PRO.

Maybe I misread but it would make sense to make posters post not just show up once a year to leach off the free shit. Looking at half these pro accounts 2 posts a year and they all are just about this time asking about the free shit.

If he is pro he is qualified.
