Tony Gwynn?
Someone on the Rockies that plays at Coors Field? Helton? Walker? Gallarraga?
No idea it could be someone totally random as well...

Good guess, not the correct answer but you're barking up the right tree.

Barry Bonds out of the old Candlestick.
Considering Witt plays at the 'K', Bonds did it at the Stick, is pretty amazing being both of those are not really hitter friendly.
Nice to see the Pirates inducted Bonds into their Hall of Fame.
Totally respected Bonds as a ball player, like Witt Jr. a *true* five tool player.
I would have appreciated him more if he wasn't a total wazz bag, I still don't understand why he had that giant chip (boulder) on his shoulder.
The media was giving him equal press coverage as Mac and Sosa (who was even a bigger wazz bag than Bonds was)
Two quick Witt Jr. fun facts.
He's played every game at shortstop this season, every game he has hit second in the batting order.
Jarren Duran (Fenway is a left-handed hitter paradise) and Witt are the only two this season to have double digits in doubles, triples, and home runs)
