Rule clarification: the worst a player can do is -6.0 units, right? In an utopic scenario where everyone loses their picks... EVERYONE... loses EVERY pick they make, even a -4.5 score can win the top prize?

In this impossible scenario someone who loses 5 picks and wins a 1.50 (-200) pick on a favorite to win the Group, would have -4.5... right?
