Who partied harder than Charlie Sheen or Robert Downey Jr?
People blaming drugs and life style lol
54 is fukkinig too young to die.
Clueless goons.
And I bet both of the guys you named would tell you they could have easily died multiple times before the age of 54. And in an alternate universe, Matthew Perry could've lived to be 80.
Nobody's arguing against 54 being too young to die. The drugs and lifestyle create an ongoing health risk, but it's still just a gamble in the end, like anything in life. You can get lucky or unlucky

yes.
genes play a well as role, such has how strong a heart and lungs etc etc his parents had, grandparents, etc.
in general, most who regularly abuse alcohol and/or drugs will die young, young being well under the average age.

Ozzy said his secret to longevity is drinking 12 cups of hot tea every day. I would think that would dehydrate you but Ozzy swears by it.

Black tea does not hydrate you.
Green tea does...so do herbal teas, white tea and a few others.

Hot Tea is awesome for you if you can stomach it daily like Ozzy has done. 12 cups a day.
The Asians in China live forever drinking it along with eating fish soups. I saw a documentary on it with this little town in China where everyone lives over 100 years old. Teas and fish soups. Stretching in the morning in a social group. That's it and just a fact. They are all very thin and short though.

I'm gonna start pounding green and black tea daily. See what happens. Will ease up on booze drinking as I need to do that anyways. I'll report back.
Google health benefits to green and black teas and you will see that the health benefits are off the charts!
