I think it was Missouri's coach Eli Drinkwitz who said basically the same thing a few weeks ago. He felt really bad for the smaller sports like Volleyball, Soccer, Tennis, baseball, softball etc. that don't have the financial resources to accommodate all of the travel expenses and other logistical nightmares that may arise with scheduling conflicts, travel, etc. Even a major sport like basketball is going to be a problem because they are on the road sometimes 3 or 4 days a week. and how it's going to be very difficult for those athletes to get any rest or sleep and this will lead to mental depression and stress. It's also very sad and pathetic that all regional, local, and traditional rivalries that used to make collegiate amateur athletics exciting and fun have now been eliminated because of this mass exodus bullshit with teams playing musical chairs with their respective conferences.

Well Newton we are living in a crazy ass world right now where biological males can be considered women and females born with snatches can be considered men! so why not make the west coast teams play in the east coast conferences!...Can you imagine the championship banner at Berkley if CAL happens to win the NCAA Mens basketball tournament? (just a hypothetical example)...Cal Bears 2024 NCAA Champions! Proud members of the Atlantic Coast Conference! LMAO!
