Surprisingly , Arsenal are starting Nelson and Nketiah up front with Havertz , with a decent supporting cast in midfield ( Jorginho , Eleny and Trossard ). The big diff will be the inexperience on both back lines where bench warmers have been given a run on both sides. Obespo and Junior for PSV and Kiwior and Cedric for Arsenal ( the latter a 32 yr old with zero pace ). The weather is 9c / 48f and cloudy in Eindhoven. Should see some goals

Im sorry if it caused you any confusion. The intent was to establish that both Arsenal and PSV were playing this game with no benefit to either. Hence my mention of the back line substitutions of both sides.
