quiet because he is soft. i would trade him for anything and build with edwards and gobert. but hard to trade a guy that makes 52 mil a year. minny so dumb.

You can’t build around gobert. His intelligence level matches towns. The right move is you get rid of both. Edwards is the star that they drafted right. They won’t amount to anything with gobert or towns so chalk it up as a loss and try to get as many assets you can. Let edwards be the leader on this team, don’t let him be around those two losers. Bad influences

defense is so rare in the league. it can be overrated. but gobert is one of 1 when it comes to defense. he is not a selfish player offensively

But he can’t post, he can’t hit outside jumpers, he can’t make free throws. He’s not selfish offensively because he can’t do anything offensively. I don’t think his defense is worth it. Also he’s not likeable and he’s dumb. Just too many issues

Sorry I actually meant it positive. Now I realized after I said that that most people when thinking of minnesota think of all the BLM stuff. So my generalization was based on the people I have met which have been incredibly nice compared to other parts of the country.

I feel like mutumbo was smarter but you make fair points. I still don’t think they should keep him but you are right in the sense that even if they clean house would they do it right?
Edwards in my opinion is their best draft pick since Garnett and that was so long ago so you are right do they have the right people to make good decisions?

At this point in his career I can name quite a few I’d take over him because of playing style when I think of centers and power forwards I think of paint and not perimeter.

Minnesota would be a hell of a lot better with Towns and Gobert not playing together. I'd start Towns... then Gobert off the bench... whoever gets hotter during the game gets more playing time. You simply can't play these 2 idiots simultaneously.

Drummond can't play 35-40 minutes a game. He's good for 15-20.

Drummond is less than 2 years older.

If Drummond would keep himself in shape he could be a beast. It's hard to believe, but he's only 29. 29. He should be in his prime now.

Towns is the type of guy who will never put himself in harm's way. He supports like 40 relatives...and just wants to keep the money-train rolling. On his way out the door...they tell him "Be smart. Don't take any chances out there."

Will he ever take a charge? Not in this lifetime.
