I have called homie out a couple times with these wagers, in a friendly manner, when he was on auburn I had to. It made the game enjoyable imo. Good shit all around. Teams soft every single year it seems even tho they have skills. Opposite of the football team usually which are farm boys not heavily recruited but they have that grit and toughness. Fran and kirk are almost polar opposites. Kind of interesting thinking about. I will love them both unconditionally. The psychology of these games, especially in college, is what intrigues me more as I get older.

Auburn does not do well as a high seed (see 2022 when they were seeded #2 and flamed out early)

Auburn does well as a lower seed (see 2019 when they were seeded $5 and made the final 4)

schools like Auburn which are not historical hoops powers, do better as The Hunter than The Hunted.

Bruce Pearl is an incredible coach. he is a doosh-bag and a cheater but he is a tremendous hoops coach.
