    Brady to the Niners
Makes perfect sense. Lance can't play, and even if he could, can't stay on the field. Jimmy G is a free agent and gone.

Purdy might be a good NFL quarterback, but that was a bad look today.

Josh Johnson? Should be walking home with his 1.2 million salary.

Sign Brady 1 year, option for 2nd year. Keep Lance and Purdy and have them compete for the backup.

You could tell from the first snap he had no business being on the field, even on an NFL practice squad. There is no way Shanahan doesn't know this guy can't play, so why is he on the team?

Exactly. I mean the guy looked like it was his first time handling a football. Pretty sure he is a clerk at a gas station and was called up last minute. This is the only explanation that would make some (!) sense. And what exactly is he paid 1.2 millions for? Mind boggling.

The announcers never picked up on that fact. He was bobbling all his snaps and was terrified in the pocket when he dropped back to pass.

                  can 100% see this

brady is jacking off thinking of mccaffrey as his all purpose rb. guy would catch 140 passes.

plus a great tight-end in Kittle. Niners so loaded, everywhere but at qb, with someone that can play a season and the playoffs. Lynch was a tough player, and why he drafted a brittle qb like lance and then goes with other weak statured guys?

yes. cross country trips not ideal. even if he doesn't mind it would suck for the kids.

does that knock out the raiders and 49ers? i am not sure. if i was him, i would jump for the 49ers. raiders i am not sure.

if the 49ers start next season with this guy as the starter they are fools. it was a bad draft pick given what they need.

Would be a great move by SF, idiots if they don't do it. No time to develop players when you have these skill players at your disposal. Tray Lance blows and Purdy isn't a championship qb.

Niners probably stick with Purdy now. I would, kid played lights out to get the Niners as far as they did.

He needs to just retire, but no that he's given up his family I'm sure he'll double down and try to play to 50.

He should be hesitant to go to San Francisco though, given their 100% QB injury rate and 100% gay sex rate in the stands.
