Most NFL games are 0-0 or 3-0 after the first quarter with no TDs.

the NFL game is a process. That is why its so fascinating to me as a fan. Not every game has to be 45-44 to be great. I enjoy the aspect of the game. The strategy. The matchups. The clock management. The run game setting up the passing game and in some cases the opposite. The explosiveness of a sack or a huge tackle or 4th down. Even instant replays can be fascinating and controversial at times which shows what a game on inches it is. Indoor, outdoor, rain, heat, snow and wind all make it interesting.

There is so much game within a game which makes it like no other sport. Ya maybe there are too many commercials but those delays build up the excitement for what is about to happen.

I have been to dozens of games in Seattle. I seen Montana and Marino play. The Kingdome back then was a dreary place on a Sunday day game but watching it live, there are so many things to keep you entertained when the game is in a time out. Some call it boring I know. I have seen people fall asleep in their seats. LOL. I have seen people fall asleep in bars also.

Love the NFL but the NHL is the best.

Cfb is much more entertaining to watch. Most nfl teams sleep walk thru half the gm and hope to have a shot to win it in the 4th qtr.
