So now that the World Cup is in the rd of 16 and a winner must be decided each game, when do books officially record a match as a draw? Is it only if they go to penalties, or after the 90 minutes (plus stoppage time?)

#8For betting purposes it's 90 minutes.
I believe for all time record keeping purposes a loss in extra time goes down as a win or a loss but a game that goes to penalties is a draw.
I'm pretty sure about that but not 100% sure about a game decided in extra time (sure that penalties deciding a match is considered a draw).Comment
