The line isnt out there yet to bet this but now is the best time. Buy low. I think the road is going to clear out for Ohio State to make the playoffs. Clemson just lost and I think USC will lose to ND(post in another thread), this should keep them in as the 4 seed for the playoffs even without playing for a conference championship.
Then I think you will see this team click and win it all

Tcu absolutely boat racing iowa state and their top ranked defense. nothing to think they slow down one bit. that leaves the last spot for lsu/bama/usc. buckeyes fans are calling for day's head on a pike. they have no shot at the playoff, and did stroud quit? i mean they had so many kids in tears and looking like they were leaving the stadium with their pads on, and entering the transfer portal

TCU is probably the most well balanced "brotherly" team.... they have what it takes to upset someone. Would rather see them in the playoffs. Seems like everyone has each other's back. I would pick them to upset Michigan.

I think today's result is a black eye on Ohio State's record. I know they've only lost 1 game but this game has me thinking they're a pretender and I'm sure it wasn't lost on the committee that they lost by 3 touchdowns at home. That's a huge red flag in my eyes and because of that I think Ohio State needs a lot of help just to make the playoffs despite only having one loss.

This is similar to a situation last season. Alabama defeated Georgia 41-24 in the regular season. Then Georgia defeated Alabama 33-18 at the National Championship. Bet on Michigan and Ohio State as a early hedge against Georgia.

It was a reasonable bet at 20-1. Tcu or usc could lose next week and seems like Ohio state would jump either one if that’s the case. I don’t think bama with 2 losses would be ahead of Ohio state. Michigan and Georgia are playing meaningless games essentially next week.

It's not unreasonable to think USC or TCU lose their championship game next week. No way Bama jumps Ohio St. Their loss to LSU looks even worse now that they lost to A&M who were pedestrian this season at best not even 6 wins. Plus Tennessee getting throttled by Gamecocks. This whole thing is a clusterfuckk anyway. Tbh Bama would probably beat anybody the committee threw in the playoff. They'd get way up for some revenge on Georgia. Michigan and Ohio St. could probably hang around and lose late at best and TCU would just get exposed and beat down. I don't think it happens but if Bama somehow gets the 4 I think they win it. Also if Ohio St. somehow gets the 4 I think they had their wakeup call and this could be an excellent thread. If they rematched Michigan in the championship game that would be a pretty epic atmosphere. The game 2.0 winner take all.

I agree with you but I don't think the committee will necessarily follow suit. They probably care more about which matchups will bring the most money and ratings on tv. Shit they're probably crunching numbers right now trying to figure out how they can get Bama and Ohio St. both in.
