How does a news report come out that it's rolled over to approx 2.20 billion... but some dude in California won? On a seriously delayed drawing. Like... a total rigged shi#hole.
Someone list the credentials of the dude that won. Was he even a citizen? Was it a "happy actor" not a crisis actor.
I want to see a regular person who deserved and needed the money.... to win. Not someone who didn't need the money. phony bullsh##.

They know where the ticket that won sold because everything is done electronically. But they don't know who bought the ticket.

Definitely think that these lotteries are not on the up and up. "Security checks" that cause a delay of drawing of ping pong balls and then California that is struggling with a budget deficit has the winner on the non live drawing.
I mean I'll just spitball here but its it totally unreasonable that this thing could be rigged?
Since its all done electronically, it would be easy to run a system wide scan to see what number combinations werent drawn or only have 1-2 winners and then magnetize the balls to have those numbers come up or even worse have a "spotter" draw those numbers in a random location prior to the drawing. I mean its 2 billion dollars and greed can make people do anything is it really impossible? If someone said to me, hey we are going to make you the "powerball winner" I would keep my mouth shut for eternity wouldnt you?

Chicago news said no one won earlier. So blame them for reporting inaccurate info.

Which state lottery caused Monday’s Powerball delay?
Issues with the Minnesota Lottery were behind a nearly 10-hour delay in Monday’s drawing for the record $2.04 billion Powerball jackpot. The Minnesota Lottery said the delay was due to issues with its sales verification system after “unprecedented lottery interest.”
