*I monitored GeoSt/AppSt as a potential "weather game."

Georgia State is based in Atlanta GA. More southern...but not tropical. They do SOMETIMES get cold weather.

App St is in Boone NC, which is in the mountains. If you live in Boone...you're much more accustomed to dealng w/ freezing temps.

Well, the forecast was for 26*. As the day progressed, the temp didn't come in as low as I expected. Gametime 40* (felt like 32*).

GeoSt started off strong. As the nite progressed and temps got colder, GeoSt regressed (from 14-0)...AppSt got stronger. Now 21-14, AppSt.

See if AppSt dominates the remainder of this game. Or I might just be off my Meds.

Good take on the game Chucky you would think the advantage would be App St, although I would have went with App if temp was more mild!! Just an extra reason to like them for me

Ya, Jack. GeoSt really had the upper hand in 1st qtr, when the temp was mild.

Not so after that. GeoSt has been wilting against the AppSt power-rush in 2nd half.

I laid the 9.5. I didn't check the score until app St was up in the 2nd half 28 to 17 and was about to score again! Glad that cold front didn't take the slow way to Boone and they ain't no fast way!!
