#109Just to lift the curtain a bit, myself, spider, LT, Opti and jj have been in a private chat for a year when the forum was sold. Just so we could get our heads straight and help each other out, vent, etc. Ironically other than JJ, it’s quite normal for the rest of us to post several times a day. Especially LT and spider about grading contests and payouts.
The last time spider posted in our private chat was July 22 and this is from a guy who was dealing with contests while quietly hiding his chemo from the forum. Even while in the hospital he’d still post every day.
We’re going to continue to do our best to find his family, pass on our condolences and set up either a go fund me or charity link, whatever they may prefer. We’ll let you know if/when we’re successful.Last edited by shari91; 09-10-22, 12:47 PM.Comment -

#119Anyone know how old Spidey was? Was this a premature check out in life?
The age expectancy is dropping for people in life now unfortunately..Comment -

#126My last interaction with him, he reset my trivia after a lock up.
I got all 3 questions right.
...seems so unimportant right now.

#130Wait, nobody knows for certainty this guy passed and we're throwing dirt on him. Shouldn't we wait to hear from next of kin? SBR should have an emergency contact. Every business does this for employees. If they don't, you think they should start?Comment -
