Bookmaker eu robbed me then banned me from loyalty pts because I posted here

I posted a month or two about an incident where bookmaker refused to return a duplicate bet where the time and stake were exactly the same.. I posted in this forum and the next day they banned me from loyalty program

good news is they clearly read these forums
bad news that clearly don’t care at all about their players 😂😂

just wanted to let everyone know and can provide proof of the bets, and the correspondence that said I was banned from loyalty pts because of a Management decision lol

please avoid bookmaker unless you’re semi/pro and need their high limits 🙏🏽

Sammy you crack me up. Just because you have never had an issue doesn’t mean there is no possible way another player has. BM has a few players posting up similar stuff. I’ve had a variety of issues there since the pandemic started. Why would I stop playing there? Cuz it was just such a great book and I had no issues? I won’t ever send them any money ever again. They absolutely booked the same bet twice on 3 separate and basically told me to go fukk myself even when I notified them immediately. It was my favorite book for a longtime and I was on record here many times touting them over the years. They are scum now. If you haven’t had issues then great, I genuinely hope you never do. They obviously aren’t going to fukk with 100% of their players, their little call center would be Dead within a week if they did it to everybody.

When Stan Carpenter was there briefly things were on the uptick. I have worked with him in the past and he knows what he is doing. Apparently as in many companies things didn’t work out. Don’t know enough about the new guy running the show there to comment. You get what you pay for.

Kidbazkit this exactly happened to me it’s absolutely insane and hopefully something that the legal usa books could actually be help responsible for if they tried to do the same thing.. I get that software sometimes malfunctions..other books misgrade bets all the time but just admit when you’re wrong and make it right.. In the long run they’ll lose their status and customer base with service like this

Cut back on payroll and staff

I used them for about 5 years and then moved to Vegas and didn’t play there for a longtime as I had no need for offshore but had absolutely ZERO issues those first 5 years. Manager back then was a guy named Mark. Good dude. Anyway when I moved out of Vegas and needed an offshore book they made me recreate an account. Used that one for about 3 years with no issues until about the final 18 months.

Bookmaker and their family of books is only good if you like large limits and fast withdrawals. If you like shit limits and slow withdrawals play somewhere else.

12+ years there and I've never had an issue. Put in for a modest M u n n e y g r e m payout very recently and it was ready for pickup within a few hours. I'm skittish on crypto right at the moment. Admiitedly...their CS reps aren't great. But a book that writes the insane volume Cris does is all of a sudden confiscating peoples roll? I'm sorry....there has to be more to this story.

I have zero issues with Bookmaker and or DSI. Been with both books for years. No problems, no run arounds.

I also said the same about Bovada but they changed my mind a bit of late. Books can change in time and so can their customer service reps and how they work and treat you. So who really knows?

yes! slow as shit on a saturday afternoon for me trying to do bets in the fall. or the more fun you place the bet but it keeps spinning and you have to log out and log back in to confirm it went thru.
