For what it's worth, he might have one thing going for him in that the 34-17 Mets are 7-8 vs left handed pitchers this year.

And I do believe he is a lefty. Could be interesting.

News: 2 hours agoLee was recalled from Double-A Harrisburg ahead of Wednesday's start against the Mets.

Spin: Lee hasn't yet pitched above the Double-A level, but he was effective as a starter in Harrisburg to begin the year. Over seven starts in 2022, the southpaw posted a 3.60 ERA, 37:15 K:BB and 1.33 WHIP in 30 innings. He'll serve as a starter during his major-league debut after Aaron Sanchez was designated for assignment Saturday, but it's possible that Lee heads back to the minors afterward since Stephen Strasburg (neck) appears likely to return sometime next week.

San Diego opened -105 and closed -130. So what was the "right price"?

Correct on all counts, he is a lefty, and more than likely he's going to be on some sort of short leash.
If so, and I'd be shocked if he goes more than four innings, more than likely Washington will turn the Met's lineup around and go with a long reliever righty type.

So if your handicapping the Mets lineup vs. LHP, they'll probably face him once around.

And if you're wondering, the Mets don't hit LHP well.
