Not for that but I got a restriction because I was in West Virginia accessed it and tried to use it in Pennsylvania a few minutes later. All this happened with 5 minutes of the border. I forget what happened ultimately,but it was a nfl Sunday and shut me out of some promo they had. Think I was reinstated that night
