At the gfs, she has no cable, only roku. Fubotv might have it but she's saying it's 80 bucks a month and that's not happening. I need a cheap option that's not subject to local blackouts. Will give 1000 points to the first person that finds one for me

What do you use for yourself? Can you stream from the account you have for your place?

Maybe try to go to nbcsportschicago.com website and try to stream from there. When it asks you for a tv provider log in with your xfinity username and password.

Thanks Bob. I'm glad you found a way to watch the game. I have youtubetv and I can stream the games when I'm not home on my phone, tablet, work, etc. If I was at a girlfiriend's house I could probably stream on her TV if she had a chromecast but I could have also streamed on her computer monitor, etc. once I logged into my account.

She doesn't have one. It's the local blackouts that get me otherwise I could just use mlb. I used a VPN at my cottage in Michigan when sox played the tigers last year but that trial ended and I don't wanna go through that hassle all year long while at her house in Chicago. Just looking for an easy solution right now

you can also stream from your phone using Airplay which is built into the Roku

                      https://www.cordcuttersnews.com/how-to-use-airplay-on-roku/

You can use Apple AirPlay to stream content to your Roku account from an iPhone, iPad, or Mac. Alternatively, you can use screen mirroring.

If you have xfinity at home you should be able to download xfinity stream and watch it if she has xfinity internet too. Sometimes some channels may not work if it’s a different provider though

does your gf have an iPhone?

if neither of you have an iPhone or any Apple device to utilize the built-in AirPlay on Roku, it still might be possible to cast from your Samsung phone or any Windows device

there's a chance her TV has Chromecast built into it (thus you wouldn't need to buy a separate Chromecast dongle)

here's how to see if it does...

                                    1. turn on her TV

                                    2. open the Chrome browser from your Samsung phone or any Windows device

                                    3. then click on this streaming link: http://crackstreams.biz/watch/15474

                                    4. then click the Play button within the embedded video to start the stream

                                    5. then in the upper right hand corner of your Chrome browser, click on the Screen Cast icon. here's a screen shot to show you how it'll look:

                                    6. after you click on the Cast icon, you should see a drop down window like this where her TV should/could appear. and if it does appear within that window, select/click on it:

after you've done those 6 steps, tell me what you see

Bob Don’t worry about the games what should’ve done today was sit on a hammock and maybe read a novel and bang your girl

Watching baseballs like watching pain try no need to watch it if you make a play you check a score here and there
