    3 years ago on 4-6-19,
My brother passed away from colon cancer. A 2 year battle. Hard to believe its been 3 years already. He was only 55. He had told me he never got the tests done. I remember telling him that was sure stupid. My advice gets the tests done and save your life. Jeff never thought it would happen to him.
I'm 56 now. He was 2 years and 15 days older than me. Looking at his pictures today. Missing him.
He was cremated. He has 1 son and his wife. They are both well.
My Dad is 84 now and my Mom is 80. Both hanging in there.

I know you guys have a heart. Here's your chance to talk about loved ones you have lost.

Ya men's health very important at 45+

Gotta focus on the prostate, colon & ticker.

Get the tests done, the prostate you can specify female Doctor and it actually feels really good.

Colon exam so basic. They snip the polyps on site. No reason anyone should ever got colon cancer going fwd.

Heart stuff- take your fish oils & walk 1 mile every night.

Just do it....live long & be a MAN much longer than our forefathers!

I had my first colonoscopy last year (47). Prep not fun, but not that big of a deal. The procedure itself is nothing as you are in lala land. Nothing cancerous, but removed a couple of polyps which I suppose would have eventually become cancerous had I not done it.

                    Just do it.

No, dude...having a man's finger up there it feels much more muscular and they have hairy knuckles.

Female fingers much smaller, smooth and no hair.
