And oh JJ, what game were you watching, almost every shot Paige made in 2H and OT (which was pretty much every shot she took) never touched rim, those shots were nothing but net.

Charlotte Carroll, Connecticut beat writer: Geno Auriemma said, “It's one of the best games I've ever been a part of since I've been at UConn.” He’s not wrong. It was epic with insane shots and star performances all around. I’d have to agree with Auriemma: It’s the best basketball game that I’ve ever witnessed in person.
The coach followed up saying it was the kind of game that makes you appreciate how great the game can be. Besides the epic play on the floor, the emotions of the night and an up-and-down season culminated in a thing of beauty for the Huskies. It was just really, really fun to watch.Comment -

We had a thread that was both epic and memorable until some jabroni said a bunch of non playing basketball college dudes could smoke them in a pick up game when he got shut down with "Geno's team is so well trained in fundamentals that they would pick and roll and layup the pickup game men to death.
I'm all for women's athletics, my wife played, her friends played, they all got game but physics alone will tell you that in a game against equally talented, coached men they can't compete.
