Will they make it into the tournament? 0-5 against Gonzaga and saint marys but high on kenpom rankings. They played a decent non conference schedule, but nothing that will wow anyone. ESPN appears to have them in easily. The ACC and PAC 12 being bad opens the door for teams like this one. Not really a fan when you lose 3 games to Gonzaga by double digits.

Yeah ESPN saying they are a 9 seed and being in is 2 different things. Wasn’t Loyola like 10 on kenpom last year and got a 8 seed? Wichita state was high a few years back and got a play in game. They will be in, but I would be surprised if they are that high. All it takes is a few runs by teams who weren’t in.

They should be in but they will probably take a crapppy ACC or Big 12 team

Almost like they knew it would prop them up and the league was good at the top, which also helped. It was a smartly done non conference schedule. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if they put them in Dayton though. The committee seems to like to do that to mid major at large teams.
