I remember Pitino saying back in 2019 when he was coaching in Greece, that he would absolutely go back to Louisville...Who knows...but am curious..

One thing for sure, this is his last year at Iona. plenty of programs will be calling him. He is in a great position to choose what he wants

Lots of sec schools will be open only has to worry about cal and pearl. But can’t see him going any where but one of the big East schools.

Georgetown would be cool would turn them around in no time .

Last year he would not have made the Nit. only reason they made the dance was because he got lucky and somehow won the Big east tournament.
This is his fifth year there and the worst of them all. any coach worth a damn would be making big improvements by this point.

They should be in New York currently by way of Greece

Ewing is showing he can't coach. He may not be able to recruit either, but only a few teams in the country can't win a conference game when you have played these teams every since you have been there. That tells me you are NOT working hard enough. You should be able to beat somebody that you share a conference with. Pitino would have the Hoyas back to national prominance real quickly. He could make some noise with Iona this year.
