Pizza is one of those items you like to see some typical New York Italian dude making for yous. I consider it a cultural appropriation when I see a black dude makin it or even a regular white dude making the pizza at my local shop. Then again I don't frequent any of the larger chain pizza places, only the local ones that have an entire staff that is related to one another through legal means of course, this isn't West Virginia for Christ sake.

I had one of the best pizzas in my life in Chicago.

I don’t even remember the name of the place. It was just some random hole in the wall bar we were walking by, they had the doors open and we saw the MLB game was on so we dipped in for a beer and a slice. Only cheese (which I never get only cheese) and it was so fukkin good.

Had one of the worst pizzas in my life in Chicago too, based on a recommendation from the hotel front desk: Gino’s East

Didn’t even finish the food. But they thought it was cute that they allowed you to write on their walls.
