As to SBR I'm not doing the day to day thing. I've played by the rules, been a full time pro, never scammed, earned my points the right way (not even through the book).

I have been assured a few times that they will be caught up as fast as the available staff can process them. It's a multi step manual operation for each one. Developers have been asked to create a script to handle it ongoing so when done it will happen near instantly and reliably.
