    Then it's beyond incredible that he's one of, if not the, best in the world. Somehow he's managed to turn it into an advantage. I mean, would he actually be a lot better if he was "normal"? Is it even possible for him to be much better?

    Never heard that before. It's not an "advantage" but it keeps his swing more compact and keeps him from overswinging. It might cost him some distance but improves his accuracy.
