I could write paragraph after paragraph on the different ways to handle a losing streak and to be honest, taking a break is pretty far down the list if not off the list altogether.

The break only comes in when the mind and body are pushed and can go no more with rational thinking.

A break by itself will not help a handicapping problem and one done at the end of a losing streak could be costlier than the losing streak itelf if your capping is right and you're not there for the winners.
