It's a disgrace that him and Bradley Beal, who many would consider the best backcourt in the league after Harden and Irving, have below a .500 record.

This guy westbrook has played with some of the best talent of this generation all in their primes. Durant. Harden. Paul George. Now Beal who has entered his prime.

He just doesn't know how to win when it matters most.

I'm not a huge fan personally but the guy plays hard in a league full of guys that don't.

Btw with okc it was kd who didn't do his part in big games. He absolutely disappeared in games 6/7 vs gsw in that choke job.

Westbrook stat stuffers are meaningless. Guy makes the worst decisions come crunch time. Congrats on him holding Beal, Hachimura, Bertens back and putting them in position for the 10th seed in a weak azz Eastern Conference. Guy gets paid $40+ million a year to keep the teams he plays for irrelevant.

The amount of energy he wastes on getting rebounds instead of playing defense is a big reason why he doesn't have a ring so far. Jason Kidd was the master at the triple-double, and it made sense for him to do it because he was absolutely phenomenal at running the fastbreak (i.e off the defensive rebound). Westbrick does it more just for the sake of getting idiots to say WOW!

It's not all bad with him; he's a got a decent post-up game and he gets to the line a tonne in the everything-is-a-foul N-B-A, and even his midrange game is good in spurts. He's not special though -only to the brain dead..
