It's fukking impossible now because trust wallet caps you at 500, you have to swap eth coins first and if you don't have bnc in there to start you can't pay the transaction fee.

Just dumb

I've also not been impressed w the swapping interface on tryst wallet

You have to switch your BNB for BNB smart chain in the trustwallet. Then go to pancake swap and connect your trustwallet to it, and then copy the address for whatever coin you want to buy from its website or bsc scan and you should be good to go.
