Why would he be banned for making a few threads?

We have a poster on here who lies and says his record is strong across the board and meanwhile is down about 2000 units lifetime. And calls people dumb shit even if they try to be nice to him.

Why is this behavior allowed when unsuspecting people can read his thread thinking he has a good record and follow his plays.
