The Cities and States have priority over the issue. Whatever the NFL does, it takes a back seat to whatever the Cities, County's and States decide. My guess is that 20,000 max in most stadiums if the season goes that long.

That's all that would show up anyway.....people don't feel safe and why should they.
Most ticket holders are on the COVID buffet list of tasty treats. Males, older, overweight...etc..

Raiders isnt planning on having fans. They already sent emails out to their season ticket holders saying that fans are not allowed at games this season however they are still sending the tickets as a souvenir and that they will still get some other giveaways throughout the season
