Parimutuel or offshore?

Offshore, I think 5dimes and Betonline are pretty good.

Onshore, just got to know who to ask and it depends on your handle somewhat of course.

Empirecitybets is legal horse racing. They give you crazy rebates at yonkera raceway. 8ncents per 1.00 bet, check which bets r covered. If you bet yonkers monday, tues am rebates hit your account

I think 10% is added to win and exacta winners @ 5D. Not the same thing as a rebate, where a certain percentage is returned on all action.

I think you have a choice 10 percent extra or rebates at 5 dimes. You pick which option.when you plsce the bet.

Yes, but it is 10% on "net losses". Better to play at a Book that gives you a rebate % of your overall volume IMO.
