The house he is selling is in Westlake Village which is like an hour from Staples on a good day. It's really not even LA but it's in LA County.

He has a place in Bel Air and I believe Malibu which are both closer to the practice facility in El Segundo and Staples downtown.

He put his house on sale before it loses its value. That doesn't mean he is leaving. A lot of these NBA stars overpaid for the houses and will lose value when the prices drop.

BAD time to sell. Virus is at it's peak, and people will be getting back to work soon. You don't sell low unless you need the cash. He knows his next contract is not going to be what he hoped for.
