I think the most likely scenario is that they run with Jarrett Stidham at quarterback. I will say this: if he is their starter for multiple seasons, the dynasty will be dead.

#8Yup. #5 was gravy. #6 was Crème Brulee with fresh raspberries. The whole thing lasted longer than anyone could have thought and much longer than we ( Boston) deserved. Fukk it.
I think Bill gets them back in contention in 3 years. The 13.5 dead $$$ going to hurt this year, but by year 3 he will have built a team to go after #7. The cap is going to make it possible. As we have seen in the last 10 years, keeping a top team together/healthy and performing at optimal capabilities is next to impossible in this league.Comment -

#17Patriots still play in the AFC East. Will still make the playoffs every single year Belecheat is there. Bill looks across the field at most coaches and let’s his team know that there is one advantage for the patriots before kickoff.Comment -

#18The Patriots are releasing QB Cody Kessler, source said, leaving just Brian Hoyer and Jarrett Stidham in their QB room. A surprise, New England cut and then brought back Kessler during the season.

#21Brady can't win games any more. It was brilliant in his heyday.
Now he needs to not lose. Tough spot for the GOAT!Comment -

#22There's a good chance Tom Brady will win the Super Bowl this year IMO. The Pats went 12-4 with a 33 yo Edleman being the main guy. A bad rushing attack Michel getting almost 1000 on only 3.7 a carry. Not much better from the backups. Their 2nd best receiver (outside of RB James White) was Phillip Dorsett who had 397 yards receiving. Brady had old man Edleman and a RB to pass to and went 12-4.
Now take the Bucs and Winston, a guy who threw 30 INT's and took 47 sacks last season. Winston averaged over 2 TO's and 3 sacks taken per game and despite this the Bucs were still almost able to get to .500 at 7-9. Insert Brady into this offense with the best WR duo in the league and I think they got a real shot. If Brady was on the Bucs last year they go 12-4 NP IMO and are in the SB discussion, and I don't see this year being any different. Bellicheck's a great coach, but let's not pretend one player has made him into who he is, I think Brady would've been a super-star for any team in the league.Comment -

#23Neither New England nor Tampa Bay will be in the Superbowl this season, if their is a season. Kansas City, Baltimore. and Buffalo are all better than the Patsies. Brady is probably the #3 QB in his Division, much less the NFC. Both Breez and Ryan are better QB's than Brady, and Brigewater may be his equal.Comment -
