I understand. For myself it would be monthly dividend payers in stock market like the 2 examples below

Global X Funds - Global X NASDAQ 100 Covered Call ETF (QYLD) Stock Price Today, Quote & News | Seeking Alpha
also love REIT's but these high monthly payers of course are just afforded risk as in only mabye 25% of portfolio.
Safe would be a s@p 500 , or djia etf with a slightly higher than avg dividend
