lol you must've missed how bad he looked when he took over in other games after Case was hurt... looked clueless and scared

I took Bills spread last week

I laughed at the line and bet Jets this week

going to keep doing it till I lose one

he played like 12 games in College and had elite talent surrounding him and only played a couple good college defenses... fade the fuk outta him

Never trust these 1 year college starters. Some sorry franchise gonna make same mistake with the LSU kid.

Don’t trust 1 year college starters, ever. And you gonna put him on some garbage franchise like bungals or skins? Good luck with that, won’t work out.

Tua a franchise changer imo if you could trust his health which obviously a huge freaking issue at this point, saban a real pos for having him out there last week imo.

I don’t love the ducks kid but I trust him more than burrow just cause he started a ton of Games. That matters. Nfl no place to learn how to play qb.

It pretty obvious he wasn’t a nfl ready qb. But you right no qb gonna succeed with that shithole franchise. Bottom line is there very few QBs ever that can get drafted anywhere and succeed., many the greats were victims of excellent circumstance.

Aside from the fact that he has that Tebow shortarm motion which makes his release time slow and impairs accuracy Tua is left handed.

Are you, as a GM, going to invest millions in a lefty QB, then millions in a RIGHT TACKLE, flip the entire playbook to accommodate his leftyness, only to watch him get hurt and then your team has no LEFT TACKLE for the next QB and a playbook specifically designed w heavy sets and play action going the opposite direction.

Tua is the definition of franchise killer.

He's a terrible draft pick. Would likely set franchise back many years even if healthy, guaranteed to set them back now.

A team may grab in 2nd round and "see" if there's something there.... that's best for all. Tua ain't worth the risk to build around.

how much did the 49ers change things for steve young? he was a leftie and slid right in after montana and had leagues best qb rating for years. and he was mobile and played offense totally different from joe.

1992 SF Right Tackle was ALL PRO Harris Barton, and Steve Young attempted 400 passes all year (16 games). That's 25 attempts total per game, on average....meaning many games he threw less.

Steve Young and Mark Brunnell are the only competent lefties in the last 40 years of NFL football.

Tua would have a nobody at right tackle and be asked to throw 25 times per half.

He would destroy a up and coming franchise if he failed. There is a reason teams pass on lefties....they cannot afford the risk of failure.

Young was already proven in college, the other league, and w Tampa and didn't have catastrophic injury issues.
