I like the over 49 in minnesota. If Minnesota's going to make a game of this, it will be on the strength of their offense. It's a little cold, but rain not expected or not until late at least.

bank- I also like Georgia Tech. Perkins had a big game last week, maybe won't be as willing to run it as much after all the hits he took. He doesn't need to anyway. Virginia offense isn't very explosive, GT improving team, I think they can keep it reasonably close
