If you win Superbowl you should have to play previous years division winners. All of them. On the road as well.

they've played 6 LB
easiest part of schedule for them was front loaded
then... dolphins decided to tank, jets lost QB to mono and redskins turned into deadskins after first half of week 1 just in time to fire coach directly following the patriots game

Or the jets, dolphins and bills can put together better teams to compete with Ne.

Never in doubt.. Always bet on Brady and the Pats LB.. Never a bad bet as they cover the 17 tonight.. They will win and cover the spreads more often then not..

Its every year for 20 years
Their division hasn't had a 2nd pro bowl caliber QB since Jim Kelly
Every other division has had multiple pro bowl and HOF qbs....hell look at NFC North w Favre, Rodgers, Stafford, Culpepper, Cousins, Cutler, etc all in this span. AFC West w Gannon, George, Smith, Mahomes, Manning, Rivers, etc.
If that NE played in ANY other division they maybe have 1 ring....their "gauntlet" has no gaunt lol

What about the Giants, skins and Steelers? This isn't about the division only. They have the easiest schedule in the league according to strength of schedule. The team that wins the Superbowl ( not only the pats but anyone) should not be getting it that easy.
NFL needs to get rid of the rotations on divisions.

FYI, through 19 seasons Beli/Brady's regular season win % vs. AFC East is nearly identical to their winning % vs non-AFC East teams.
In other words, they weren't beating the Dolphins, Bills, and Jets to get 6 SB rings - they were beating the whole NFL.

All nfl teams. Just not good ones.
Nothing new.
You think they have 20 rings if they played in a legit division??
No.

Maybe the NFL shouldn’t give the a Patriots a schedule and week by week match them up with the hottest team in nfl?

FYI- Until the rest of the afc East teams get better, NE has easy road to winning division and the playoffs. Until you can win the division, you aren’t winning shit. Thanks for pointing out the obvious that they beat entire league to win 6 sb. Now do us a favor and tell your sister to properly wipe her ass before you post it as your avatar.

Pats schedule and offense rankings their defense has faced:
Hard to see how Pats defense is #1 right now. All but one team has seen 2 or 3 different QB changes in 7 weeks. Laker, how do these guys do it with such a gauntlet of offenses? Better just give them the ring now.

If only...........yada,yada,yada
To win a SB you still have to beat the best the other conference has to offer.
The #s have been calculated by smarter people than posters on SBR.
Take the Pats games away, the AFC Least has been collectively over .500 vs rest of league. For TB12 entire career.
Have other divisions been better. Obviously.
Is there buffoons running 1/2 the teams in the league. YES.
Over this 20 year run, how many teams were the next BIG THING for a couple seasons?

NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport reported that the Patriots had tried to acquire Sanu during the draft back in April, but weren’t able to make it happen. Sanu, 30, is in his 8th season in the NFL, and in his 4th with the Falcons. He has 313 yards on 33 receptions for the Falcons this season, and one touchdown. While a second-round pick may seem like a high price to pay for Sanu, the recent injuries to players like Julian Edelman, Phillip Dorsett, and Josh Gordon mean the Patriots could use a veteran like Sanu to provide a little insurance. Sanu is signed through the 2020 season. As far as that second-round pick, the Patriots aren’t giving up anything they’re not already getting back. According to Schefter, the Patriots are getting two second-round picks back in compensation for losing two players to free agency in the most recent offseason. So they won’t miss that second-round pick too much, especially since they’re giving it up for a proven receiver.
Never heard of this guy. Something for nothing.

@ Balty, @ Philly and @ Hou.
KC @ home.
They will not go undefeated. Why should they? Pats are playing for home field, being healthy at end of season.
16-0 has proved meaningless. 73 wins in the NBA as well.
Every time they play, it is a HUGE game for opponent.
Think Ravens are going to give them a ton of trouble.
