Two factor authentication easily fixes this problem. Not sure if betoline offers this.

Also to OP, good luck getting your money back. It should be fairly easy to prove that your account was hacked.

update...

got the full refund on all 3 wagers. they claim somebody likely gained access to my account because i clicked on some spam. i did a malware check on my laptop the day after it happened and found nothing. BOL apparently made their decision based on IP address...that seems like a slippery slope. seems anybody could have a friend from a different IP address access their account to place a big wager...and if it loses, make a false claim.

anyways, i'm just relieved i got my funds back
