Things like this really do end up being about coaching and opportunity the coordinators give.

Andy Reid set Mahomes up to have a banner year with play calling, they promised so much and delivered. A lot of players could have done well in that system, Mahomes did great. It's the reason for the odds that are being hung.

Now that they opened the book and threw it all out there, I doubt Reid can deliver to that capacity again.

In my opinion, it's hard to judge the talent of Mahomes because of what Reid did there and I'm not so sure it can be duplicated even with the same guy.

Make no mistake, he's an NFL QB, but I suspect the game plan won't be quite the same this year.

Of course, Reid can be a dumbass that way, lol. So maybe.

I’ll give you the coach, as in the browns coach suspect at best and niners have one of the better ones, but the afc is much weaker than the nfc. Far as nfc west vs afc north that is very debatable, especially if niners are as good as you think!! Rams are a Sb contender, Seattle is always solid, cards the only bad team in the west. Afc north ain’t what it used to be. Ravens playing a qb who a incredibly suspect passer, bengals suck, steelers prob solid but 9-7 solid not a 10 win team.

I don’t have nothing against niners, if Jimmy g finally stays healthy they will compete for a playoff spot. I still have doubts about their weapons on the perimeter tho And the nfc west is really good.
