Who here wants to go to the Citi Open next weekend. Carpool or whatever. I am likely to go the Finals on Sunday but wanted to hear everyone's thoughts.

I'm trying to build wealth so I won't likely get good seats. You rich guys can get the premium seats. The cheap seats are $25.

If I stick to my investment plan, saving 75% of disposable income, I’ll save 50k in the next 18 months simply through my salary. That will be enough to buy my first piece of real estate with a mortgage. Live in a fix it up house, fix it up on weekends and flip it. Once I start having actual wealth and real estate I can begin living life more and spending more on convenience and better views. I’m 25. I NEED real estate soon. I need wealth.
