Kyrie won't stay healthy as he get older in all likelihood, looks like a stupid move.

Who else does Brooklyn have. Can they contend in a couple years when KD is healthy?

KD has no tendon, he probably won't even play for most of next season with that injury.. Nets aren't getting a guaranteed healthy and mobil KD that's for sure, I think it's a gamble..

And wasn't there talk of Leonard teaming up with Durant. if so, Leonard, Durant and Irving would not be a bad Brooklyn troika in two years and a Leonard, Irving duo would be solid next year.

the mets had a run in the late 80's when they were the talk of the town. brooklyn can have something like that for a few years. and the yankees were never down in a way the knicks have been for the last 20 years.

I won't say that. The abuse we would have gotten for signing him to a long term deal coming off an Achilles Injury we have been bad Knicks were screwed either way. Stay with the youth and let them grow

Trust me as a mets fan I know. But let's be honest the mets are the little brother we were in the world series in 2015 and it's still a yankee town

pencil in Knicks 50 loses
If Leonard ever goes to Nets watch out
Knicks a college roster as of now, letting Isiah go was the ruination of Knicks

Fukkin Durant is a puss , he wont do anything without having a threesome banging out his arsehole.
Literally step the fukk up , go and lead a team by yourself to a title . You'll get more props that buying them.

Another major difference between the Knicks and the Nets is player development.
The Nets have pieced together a solid young core on cheap contracts through smart management and coaching, with guys like Caris LeVert, Joe Harris, Spencer Dinwiddie, and Jarrett Allen on the rise.
These players helped lead the team to a surprising playoff berth last season, and none were drafted in the lottery.[/COLOR]

Would you like to make a wager on Knicks with 50 losses?

They were a playoff team without him so I would say definitely. Best player instantly makes anyone a contender, assuming he comes back the same guy.

Nets far more relevant than clippers. They already were making strides to own NY. This should seal the deal.

That’s a big assumption to make torn ACL going into his 13th nba season. Very well may be getting damaged goods
