i didn't understand that recent VAR call even though it benefitted canada (i'm canadian).

they checked on a foul in penalty area (clear foul) but then they found out it was offside.. i would have thought they are just checking the foul... kinda of like checking PI in football and you notice that offensive linemen was holding on play
