There was like 60 or 70 of us the year I went and it was a friggen blast! Mayweather was there, his goons flew home with me on the plane, we watched the Pats come from behind and win after a few of us made the ultimate square bets by doubling down on them at halftime when they were in the shit, we danced when they won, every SBR staff member (including me obviously) was brilliant obvs, the weather, service, gazillion restaurants are epic... just need to be able to afford a plane ticket and a passport

If neither hotel or airfare are covered, maybe Vegas? I would be fine paying airfare but a lot of the places you mentioned the hotels are quite expensive.
They cover room for 2 nights and you have to pick up the bill for the rest. You are starting a new job anyways so taking time off 6 months after starting wouldnt be the brightest idea

It is broken up into two flights but around 22 hours total... I fly business class so it's no problem but if you fly coach it's miserable. Coach is the 750 price... It is well worth paying 3k for business. Makes all the difference in the world.

I'd be there in a heartbeat. It is an expensive island and none of the all inclusive properties have gambling. Only 2 casinos and sportsbook properties bahamar and Atlantis both are very expensive.

Correct, referring to Atlantis
They probably aren't as willing to cut deals on a large group of rooms like Vegas though

They would cut deals on the rooms but the food bill would be outrageous hamburger and fries 20+ at the pools

Ha you're right the last time I went took exactly that long.
It's amazing because Florida is nice but 45 minutes away it's like you're in another world.
Last time I went it went was weekend of a celebrity golf even.
Met & saw several athletes.
Patrick Ewing, Charles Barkley, Jordan, and many more, who were playing in the casino Saturday Night.
Have pics of Derek Jeter in the Buffet who actually sat down a while in same booth with other friends (Forgot name of that restaurant)
Have a lot of pics I need to dig up & post some day.

Definitely is amazing the difference. Booya and myself were there labor day weekend last year KD, Kyrie, Jason Tatum were all there hanging out. They were staying at bahamar but were at the cove pool at the Atlantis. I don't like bahamar their comps weren't great last time I was there so now I just stick with what I know

Good idea. That would be a good place.
