Yeah I heard she was suffering from fatigue/headaches. She still had posted a 7-1 record on clay this year which isn’t bad. Just not a fan of her.

I just hate that she will make some mental mistakes at times and she'll lose focus she's good at regrouping though as far as the coach she talked about not sacrificing her happiness for success whatever that means. maybe he was a grinder or she didnt like his attitude dont think she went much further than that. there are quite a few girls who have dumped coaches after winning majors it seems weird on the surface. on another note I remember when pova took on connors I knew that wasnt gonna go well it lasted all of 1 match and she dumped him I have a theory that ole jimmy was prob a little flirty and frisky and that rubbed her the wrong way if you know connors u cant put it past him haha love him though

true about the mistakes. i don't think she'll be an all time great, but she has an obvious level of talent. i just think she has a bit of maturing to do overall.

her coach was probably just a total asshole. its pretty common for coaches in all sports to just insult you and yell at you constantly for minor mistakes and just make practice miserable. one wrestling coach i had was just merciless on his own son and made him cry a few times. ive had football coaches who would just rip into ppl for mistakes in practice when they hadnt even instructed them to do differently and even had two coaches fight each other because the one responsible for the scout team defense was too slow lining them up.
