Cristiano Ronaldo has a body double in northern Iraq’s Soran region named Biwar Abdullah, and the man is somewhat of a celebrity in those parts.

Biwar Abdullah enjoys celebrity status in Iraq thanks to his uncanny resemblance to Juventus superstar Cristiano Ronaldo. And to cap it off, he’s an amateur footballer too.

“A lot of people tell me that I look like Cristiano Ronaldo, despite the fact that I’m an Arab, Kurdish ” he told Yahoo Sport.

“The important thing is that I get to meet him one day,” he added.

Biwar often times gets stopped on the street and asked for selfies by a football mad country. He hails from a poor family and works in the construction site to make ends meet.
