Play The New York Knicks Tonight!
No, this is not an April Fool's joke.

The Chicago Bulls could not be more banged up. Lavine is out, Dunn is out, Markannen and 4 other key players have been shut down for the year. Tonight's line up is basically a G-League team.

Meanwhile the Knicks have a secure lock on last place having won 5 fewer games than their closest competitor, Cleveland. There's no reason to tank any further.

Sooner or later New York owes their fans a victory. Tonight is that night. Lay the 3.5.

    As always, best of luck
    Harry

Ok so let me get this straight harry, are you suggesting that Knicks could have won some more games but didn’t want to? I respect your hoops kmowledge but I don’t buy that. I think they got this record doing their best!!

The Knicks are clearly thinking ahead. This year was an unmitigated disaster. Finishing last doesn't guarantee they win the Zion Williamson lottery, but it gives them the best chance. So once they knew they sucked, losing was a higher priority than winning.

They weren't gonna lose and make it look obvious, but Dolan and Co. could give the coach a wink or two to let him know trying out some rookies isn't such a bad idea.

In short, the top brass would rather lose. Players, of course, have the incentive to win because their jobs and careers are on the line. The Knicks have virtually guaranteed themselves the worst record for the season.....so, ironically, they have more incentive to win tonight than does Chicago.

Count it. Great call. NY is gonna be a mess if they don’t get Zion. The city may riot. I hope for the sake of the NBA that they rig it for them. The NBA needs a strong Knicks squad.
