Félix Auger-Aliassime will meet Laslo Djere again, 5 days after their Finale in Rio!!
In the Sao Paulo 250 Open, Both AA and Djere earned their way to the tournament's quarterfinals and once again have to face other. Djere won the Rio 500 Open last Sunday against AA in two sets of 6-3, 7-5.
Has it ever happened that two players met in consecutive tournaments, two weeks a row? Who do you think will win this matchup?

Yes, Aliassime just beat a guy two matches ago who he beat last week in the semis.

Allisme was horrible vs Djere in the Finals... Aguer Allisme should be able to win vs a tired Djere

Felix probably felt nervous being in his first final, you would think he wants revenge big time so if he loses maybe match up problem like McKenzie and norrie

Its aparent to me that Djere now knows Allisme’s weakness. Auger will need to solidify that backhand in future matches

Yeah usually 2nd time around the loser will have a ill more success with new tactics etc but djere is taking Felix apart so far that break from 40-0 look so easy,

I don't have a stream link. I see we are in injury break, Djere just taking a break right, no severe injury hopefully?

                      Edit: Nvm

Something to note, in tennis matches with close odds opponents, each set is entirely different. Like a whole new match. If you think that way, you will not let your emotions get the best of you when you suffer an incredible beat after your player wins 1st set with ease.

Its crazy how many deuces Djere is forcing but not having luck finishing. Oh well.

Yeah sure. Not rare at all. Maybe you are new to tennis.
