Kraft should just take the plea deal. But... he doesn't want anything on his record... and he doesn't want to be punished by the NFL either. If he accepted the deal... the NFL could punish him as well.

I just don't understand how the NFL would punish Kraft? I mean.... a game suspension IMO isn't punishing anyone. Has to be a large dollar amount. I'd understand if it's a player.... for game(s) suspension. An owner is different. We'll see what happens. Likely... Kraft will walk away unpunished.

Of course they can punish him if he accepts the deal, charges or dropped or if it goes to trial and he is found innocent. King Roger can do whatever he wants. He has punished players that were never found guilty.
