Depends on the state but you’re not supposed to have an open container except limos. I guess 7 states don’t have open container laws but some dickhead cop may try to charge you with DUI even if you’re not driving. Not worth the hassle. Coming from the guy who probably drove with alcohol in me more than without. Don’t fck with that anymore.

Yeah I know WV and VA don't have any laws against passengers drinking, but I think local jurisdictions/counties can still have laws against it.
with Limos and RV's it would be very rare for any issue. The driver would have to give consent to search the vehicle. There would be no probable cause to do that for some old farts.

Yeah with the RV, as long as the booze is out of sight and the driver hasn’t drank then I don’t see how they do anything unless you consent to a pointless search like you said. Some dickheads would try to argue that one of the drunk passengers was actually driving and switched spots. I don’t give them any reason to come up with a possible arrest these days.
